Wholesale Application

Start by submitting our Wholesale Application. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive access to our private wholesale shop where you can view wholesale pricing, availability, and place orders.

Wholesale accounts are available to established needlepoint shops, boutiques, gift stores, and other retailers purchasing Created By Caimen products for resale *TAX ID is required.

Wholesale access is not available for personal purchases.

Approved retailers can log in through the Wholesale Login page. Once logged in, you’ll be able to access wholesale products, pricing, and availability.

There is no minimum order requirement for wholesale orders.

Maximum quantities are subject to availability and may vary by canvas. Because CBC designs are produced in small batches, some canvases may have lower quantity limits than others. Any applicable limits will be reflected when shopping the wholesale collection.

Wholesale canvases are provided untaped and do not include a needle.

Taping is available upon request. If you would like your canvases taped before shipping, please reach out when placing your order.

Wholesale pricing is set at 50% of the suggested retail price listed for each product. Created By Caimen provides suggested retail pricing as a guide to help maintain consistency across retailers, but wholesale partners may set their own final retail pricing.

Because wholesale products are ordered specifically for resale, all wholesale orders are considered final sale unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.
