Please note: this is not a finished product. Every order includes the materials needed for you to stitch and complete your canvas.

Every canvas is painted by hand, so each piece is uniquely yours. Standard turnaround time is about 14 business days to ensure the design is perfect before it heads your way.

Yes! USPS Ground Advantage shipping (3–5 day delivery) is available for $5–$10, depending on the size of your order.

Welcome — you're in the right place! One option is to purchase a Starter Kit. It includes all the supplies and tools you need to begin stitching, plus step-by-step instructions.

If you prefer a do-it-yourself approach, the How-To Edit in the CBC Collective has everything you need — from needlepoint basics to helpful tools and beginner-friendly tips to get you stitching with confidence.

All designs are painted on 18-mesh Zweigart mono deluxe canvas, unless otherwise noted. Need a different mesh? Submit a custom request, and we’ll work with you. Learn more about mesh sizes here.

All sales are final. Because each canvas is custom painted by hand, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once an order is placed. If you have questions before ordering, feel free to reach out to createdbycaimen@gmail.com - I’m always here to help.
